Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully

By ordering from and making a payment to Tip Top Toppers, it is deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions and are fully aware and understand the safety issues as described within the website.

Safety
Most of the toppers, embellishments and die cuts require adult supervision as small parts are contained within or attached to the items.  Similarly, greeting cards are not toys and should be treated in the same manner as the toppers and embellishments.  All toppers, embellishments and die cuts are packed in small plastic grip seal bags.  All greeting cards are enclosed within a cello bag.  The bags can present a hazard if chewed or placed near the face / nose.  It is your responsibility to keep these items away from small children, particularly those under the age of 5.

All items are, unless stated otherwise, produced by myself, are handcreated with quality materials and come from a pet and smoke free enviroment.  I use a number of different die cutters to make the shapes and some have been handcut by myself. 

Because all the items are handcreated, it is impossible to create exact replicas.  Many of the cards are unique and this will be stated on the description, however if you require multiples of the same item please contact me and I can advise if this is possible.  Due to the handcrafted nature of the items for sale the photographs are only representative of the actual item.

Payment Methods
Paypal
Payment is given as GB pounds sterling (GB££) and is made via paypal.  You do not need to have a paypal account to make the payment, however please visit http://www.paypal.co.uk/ if you are unfamiliar with this payment method.  Once your paypal payment is cleared your order will be dispatched.  Please be assured that your credit card or bank details are NEVER passed to me I only receive confirmation of your payment.  Any paypal payment queries should be directed to paypal directly as I am not responsible for payment errors, however if you are experiencing problems please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Personal Cheques / Bankers Drafts / Postal Orders
If you do not wish to use paypal for payment method, then please print off the order details BEFORE you proceed through checkout.  I am only able to accept personal cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders providing they are drawn in GB£ sterling and from a UK bank.  Please make payments payable to RUTH CUNLIFFE and allow upto 10 working days for cheques to clear.  If making payment by this method please ensure a copy of your order, full postal address and contact email is included to avoid unnecessary processing delays. 

I will accept payment in cash, however this is by prior arrangement only and I will not be held responsible for loss or partial arrival of your payment.

Shipping & Dispatch
There is no minimum order requirement.  Please note, postage and packing charges listed below are only for orders to UK based addresses.  If you are overseas and wish to place an order, please contact me before ordering for relevant postage charges.

Postage and packing charges for orders to UK based addresses are as follows:

Order upto £9.99 = £1.50 postage and packing

Order between £10.00 and £24.99 = £2.50 postage and packing

Order over £25.00 = £3.50 postage and packing

The amounts are calculated automatically at checkout.  There are no minimum order requirements.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from cleared payment.  If your order is urgent, please contact me to advise of preferred dispatch time.  When your order is dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to you.  If you have any queries or questions please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues.  Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for postal delays or items which go astray or arrive damaged.  If a signed for or insured service is required please contact me.

If your order is for a bespoke or customised topper, embellishment or greeting card, the 5 day dispatch as described above does not apply.  Dispatch details will be agreed upon acceptance of order.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason, you wish to return part or all of your order, providing it is returned in the same condition as dispatched, I will normally refund your purchase price.  I reserve the right to deduct postage and transaction costs where necessarily incurred.  If a refund is requested due to damaged packing, I reserve the right to request that the original packing is returned with the order. 

I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders and I reserve the right to offer, at my discression a refund less postage and administration costs incurred.  Refunds will be processed by the method of payment.

Clean, previously used and undamaged packaging is used to package all orders.  This helps to keep postage and packing costs low and also minimises the impact of unnecessary waste in landfill sites.  Although your order may look a little worse for wear, the contents should arrive in perfect condition!
